Curt,
While PCR 035 deals with predefined attachment points that eliminates
the need for providing X/Y/Z Offsets, PCR 041 deals with querying the IG
dynamically for X/Y/Z Offsets. If these offsets are used in the
subsequent frame to attach the entity as a child, they would prevent a
visual jump. These offsets cannot be predefined since they are entirely
dependent on the positions of both entities at runtime. These two PCRs
are addressing different issues.
