problems checking files into svn

Ok, 

I have been working remotely on learning how to operate the ESI tools to provide some additional support to the ENUM SWG.

I have successfully registered, update and publish changes on my local copy....

My issue tonight was that I tried to check out the cr status spread sheet, and update with the new CR for the sohn won-yil submares (the previous post).

I was unable to check the file back in - permission denied

I used my registered source forge username 'xespdave69' and password.

Advice on what I have done wrong would be appreciated.

I have included the updated cr and status files to the post (so hopefully Lance/Graham can fix this)
