This CR is to add the extra cutterrs that have now been launched since the original CR (CR03498) was issued.

This CR also adds the missing cutters that would have been added by CR03658, which was rejected as it also contained the original cr information. All of the boats currently being added have been launched. Jacob L. A. Poroo (WPC-1125) is still to start sea trials.

I have also included the remaining cutters that have not been launch yet - but only as information.
