I don't think they have been added correctly. The original ships have been deprecated instead of transferred.

I hope it's ok that I've submitted a Rev A where I:
-updated line 24 name from Agra to Agta
-updated Change Types line 29-36 from Deprecate to Update

The new entities for Papua New Guinea and Philipines looks ok.
