I have requested a room at the Fall SIW for Tuesday and Thursday. We probably want to finish reasonably early on Thursday. I have requested a smaller room (12 people), which I think is easier to get.

I am booked on Wednesday and Tuesday morning for the HLA PDG. I will let you know when we get a confirmation of what rooms that we actually get. Just to let you know before you book travel. Or maybe I should try to get a room for Wednesday since you can keep drafting when I am in other meetings?

I propose that we hold a short PDG meeting (the bigger group). This will be an opportunity for other people to get an update. I suggest that the focus of the official PDG meeting is

1) Formal stuff that we need to do according to the SISO procedures
2) reporting on achievements (maybe a walkthrough of the chapters) and a
3) planning

Is this OK with the group?

Most of the time we should focus on Drafting Group meetings. We may be able to meet in other spaces (or even a hotel room) to move forward with the standard.

Hi Björn,

The last face-to-face meeting in Pasadena, CA was very productive. I was hoping for a full day but a half day would probably do.
