There are many problems with this CR.  



1. Category 87 uses Construction Specialty Vehicle [UID 434] as the table.  This only goes up to 39.  Is there a CR that extends it to the numbers provided here?



2. There are clear conflicts between the Subcategories used here and those specified in UID 434.  Look at Crane, Tracked (39) which is not Snowcat (39).



3. Bobcat is not Country code 0, it is not generic.



4. The D7G I would say is military, not civilian.  There are other military bulldozers under 1.1.225.3



5. There are others that I think shouldn't be generic.  Like the PLS.



6. There are others that shouldn't be country code 0, like a Civic.
