I don't agree that the military versions need to reworked or that they need to go into CAT 150+. I think 80+ was intended for civilian only. I'd be ok with your structure for civilian only, but then it needs to be tweaked to eliminate the multirole stuff.
The purpose of separating out all the civilian stuff was because it would quickly saturate the military categories. We have not military entries require this sort of breakout.
