I have reviewed CR03962A - AddDatumIdNonFlyoutMunitionEntities and recommend it for approval.

Excellent, thanks for working through that.

The CR Status has been updated and the revision has been added to the repository (just the REV A one).

Here is the updated (both in filename and within) CR Spreadsheet.

Thanks, but what happened to REV A? Note that we (unfortunately?) follow the UK/Europe protocol where the first version is NOT a revision (no letter), and then the first revision is A, etc. I think there was confusion, but your previous update that had no revision should’ve been A. This new update, if NOT actually different, should just have been A to fix the previous issue.

Just so you know, all I’m doing is adding the appropriate file(s) to the SVN repo and updating the CR Status spreadsheet.

Sorry about not having the revision letter in the spreadsheet and the filename, as such here is it included. As for UUIDs the comments mention that if left blank new ones will be provided by the automatic process.

Several comments:

1. Please rename the file itself to have the revision (capital letter) immediately following the number. So, “CR03962A…”
2. Please include the revision in the file itself in cell D4.
3. Just an FYI, you didn’t include UUIDs for the new items.
4. I don’t see a reference to a description of these records in any other document (comment to RPR or HLA, or PCR to DIS). Right now, this is simply compounding the problem noted in action item 271. As discussed in the Face-to-Face, all of these items, once added, when then get deprecated because they have no definition.
5. I would advise against using digital signatures in your emails to the reflector, because they often show up as untrustworthy. I have to go through special hoops to read them. And, they make it so I cannot process the CR submissions, so it’s good that David can. I’ll continue working on this locally because it could be a simple issue on my part, but nevertheless be advised.
