Tom -
Both the GFL and GDL editors were worked on back in late 2013, and have a very low chance of reflecting the finalized standards. They were Ryan Brunton's efforts, at JHU/APL as part of the Live-Virtual-Constructive Architecture Roadmap - Implementation (LVCAR-I) project. That project concluded before the standards were completed.
Ryan Brunton can be reached at <[log in to unmask]> if you want to follow-up with detailed questions, particularly about the availability of source code for the editors.

From SoureForge I can download the executable or source code of the following:
GFLEditor (JAR and manual): https://sourceforge.net/projects/gfleditor/files/GFLEditor/1.0/
GDLEditor (source code): https://sourceforge.net/p/gdleditor/code/HEAD/tree/trunk/
Questions:
- do these versions reflect the latest SISO schemas?
- if no, any plans to update the code to the latest SISO schemas?
- could the source code of the GFLEditor be made available too?
