These 2 items (Minesweeping MRL, and the original MRL) are definately different (one is on tracks, and one has wheels...
So I have updated this CR to move it to a new SCAT
Rev A - updated to new SCAT value.
I have also updated this CR to RA.

I question the validity of putting a 253mm MRL as a child to a 122mm MRL. I know there's a Type 87, though I am unable to find the validity of that entry, so I'm wondering if these two are the same.
