As per the request from Steve Weiss on 29 Oct 2018 (https://discussions.sisostds.org/index.htm?A2=ind1810&L=SAC-SWG-ENUM&O=D&F=P&X=7F1093BA9704BEBEC7&Y=rene.verhage%40cae.com&P=51728), please put CR 4008 on hold until the new SISO-STD-002 version is published. 



It might also be wise to put CR 4125 on hold until after SISO-STD-002 publication, as it is used for a new field and ballot comments could lead to changes.

Or, what is the best order? Having enumerations and enumerators in an official SISO-REF-010 publication before or after the official publication of the standard in which they are used? Or is there a sweet spot in between balloting, comment resolution, and publication of the standard?
