They have been "decommissioned."  Per our OPMAN, that is sufficient for putting them in retired status.  Thus, I recommend 3826 for approval.

I have reviewed CR03826 - Retire German Bremen Class entities.

I would like to recommend we place this CR into the Open Future category until we can confirm the ships have been scrapped.

(Also there are still 2 in operation).
