Recommend rework

This is an interesting CR.
I've added my comments, but other opinions are appreciated.

Line 11
The Su-57 already exist, but with the names "T-50" and "PAK FA" were used in the development phase . The line should be changed to:
Update Su-57 1.2.222.1.17

Line 12
PL-15 2.1.45.1.24 already exist with that name and enumeration.

Line 13
SA-N-20 is the U.S. designation for the SA-20 ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_NATO_reporting_names_for_surface-to-air_missiles )
It is currently only used on the Kirov class, which according to wikipedia uses the 48N6 missile.
This already exists as: 2.1.222.1.42.1 SA-20 Gargoyle Mod 0 (48N6)

Pyotr Veliky (yard no 803) have 48 x 48N6E and 48 x 48N6E2 (2.1.222.1.22.4 and 2.1.222.1.22.5). See: http://russianships.info/eng/warships/project_1144.htm

Line 14/15
The lasers appears to be safety related, according to the link.
I'm not sure if they belong under Directed Energy (DE) Weapon Munitions. I would consider them as some sort of signaling device.
Alternatives could be to use the "Lasers Class" [UID 527], which have a laser designator and a pointer.
If you just need a red and green light, there are the markers "5.1.0.6.5.1.2 Light Point, Single, Red" and "5.1.0.6.5.1.4 Light Point, Single, Green".

Line 16/17
The two MANPADS already exists:
Man-Portable Air Defense System (Humans) [UID 520]
24 72mm 9K333 Verba (SA-25)
34 72mm FN-6

If you want to use them, then:
a soldier with a FN-6 would be 3.1.XXX.10.85.34
a soldier with a Verba (SA-25) would be 3.1.XXX.10.85.24
,where xxx can e.g. be 45 for china, 222 for russia etc.

If you need the munition for the FN-6, it should be added under the next available category: 2.1.45.1.27
Note that the PLA version is called HongYing-6 and the export version is the FN-6.

The munition for the Verba already exists under:
2.1.222.1.50 SA-25 Verba

Line 20
I'm not sure what the intention is.
Is it to add a "Spotlight" to Emitter System Function [UID 76]? or is it a specific emitter called "SPOTLIGHT"?

Line 21
A dropsonde appears to be some kind of transmitter that is dropped from and aircraft or balloon, with the purpose of collecting e.g. weather data.
This line is renaming the subcategory 76 from "Radiosonde" to "Dropsonde"
Suggest to add the subcategory first and then some specifics e.g.:
9.2.225.2.76 "Radiosonde"
9.2.225.2.76.1 CAMEX-4 DC-8 Dropsonde
9.2.225.2.76.2 CAMEX-4 ER-2 High Altitude Dropsonde

If a "Dropsonde" emitter is different from "14 Weather / Meteorological" and "76 Radiosonde", it could have its own function ID in UID 76.
