Due to scheduling snafu, there will be no C2SIM PDG meeting on 3 March 2020. 

Instead, we ask that all members focus their efforts on reviewing the C2SIM Balloting package, post comments to the reflector, and prepare for voting.

I apologize for the confusion about the meeting. I will send another announcement in the event that a meeting is needed before the next regular meeting. The next regular meeting is planned for 7 APRIL 2020, 0900 EST (UTC-4).
