- Teleconference Notes
  - DDCA PSG teleconference
    - Eric gave an update on DDCA implementation within the AFRL LNCS tool. AFRL is adding native DDCA Master and Client features into LNCS. These features have been delivered to UAWC (Landstuhl, DE) and Netherlands Research Lab (NLR) for use in the Spartan Warrior 20-9 event to occur late September 2020. NLR and UAWC will seek to conduct cooperative distributed debriefs during Spartan Warrior using the LNCS software. This impelmentation within LNCS will be used to inform a DIS implementation addendum to the DDCA standard.
    - Discussion on PCR #1, View Synchronization.
      - Use 2D vs 3D viewpoints? DDCA initial approach will use 3D viewpoints.
      - What is the result of being able to / not able to comply with a ViewSync message? Standard should have some type of active WILCO/CANTCO Acknowledgement on view synchronization command. Maybe {wilco, cantco, error} as possible options.
    - Discussion #2: Space domain, and non-geocentric applications for this. So everything is relative to a reference frame, and reference frames are relative to each other. So Geodetic is relative to Earth center, and EC is relative to Baricentric position. So a Mars rover is relative to the Mars center, which is relative to Earth's center, which is relative to the solar system center. Layered spatial reference frames?
    - Also space domain has time dialation. Space launch (high time precision) vs. during space flight (variable time constructs).
    - .
    - At this stage, DDCA should not worry about the reference frame issues. Would be an update to the standard at a later time.
    - Use CIGI messages (replicated) as the view sync command. Would build in some reciprocity with SPACE FOM.
