Ladies and Gentlemen,
	There is an open-source development environment called Source Forge
on the Web at http://sourceforge.net .  People register their open-source
projects with them and are provided in exchange with a version tracking
system, Web space, a bug-tracking system, and other useful development
items.  If the interest shown in an open-source RTI last March is still
around, we can register it as a project with Source Forge and get to work.
