Folks, In the Preliminary Agenda for the Spring SIW, Congressman Mica was listed as the ``invited`` keynote speaker for our Monday afternoon Plenary. We now have confirmation from his office that he will be speaking, giving us a congressional viewpoint on M&S development and interoperability.
