Hi BOM-ler!

Although I helped to set this face to face meeting up, the main reason for
this event taking place at VMASC should be the connection of BOM to
composability. While being here, you will have the opportunity to see the
``father of interoperability`` at VMASC, Dr. Mikel Petty, Chief Scientist,
Dr. Roland Mielke, Technical Director, and DR. ERIC WEISEL, who got his
Ph.D. for his work on composability. C4ISR and the use of BOMs to
facilitate the coupling is an interesting application domain, but the real
issue is to insure that technically composable BOMs are conceptually
composable as well (see 03F-SIW-007 for my ideas, and I am sure you know
Mikel`s papers).

Looking forward to see you
(some in Edinburgh?)
Andreas
