reflector, even if they don't attend the PDG meetings in person.

The IEEE has been tight-lipped about license fees. I think one of the
vendors will have to specifically ask to get a direct answer, unless they
want the SAC to attempt to negotiate an agreeable fee structure on behalf of
all of them.

As a non-commercial person, this language doesn't bother me at all. I know
you sent this to HLA Evolved. Do you have a feel on whether all the
commercial vendors (RTI and Tools) are represented on HLA Evolved? Do we
have any idea what the monetary impact of the Schema or Documentation
licenses will be on the commercial vendors?
