Proposal to update semantics (underlined text) as follows : Environment data grid type

EnvironmentModelTypeEnum8
Defined in IEEE 1278.1a (section 5.3.11.1) with a reference to the EBV-DOC [248] section 12.3.1 (without any defined values) and said to be exercise specific.
Proposal to keep this enumeration in the Enumerations module.
Proposal to update semantics (underlined text) as follows : Environment process model type ; values for this enumeration shall be defined prior to a simulation exercise

Note that I also agree to the removal of the notes on enumeration bit size, as suggested by Andy and agreed to by René.
