Reminder, next meeting is in 22 hours.

I just read the TOR file for this Study Group.

It is apparently what what would in other organizations would be simliar 
to a "Charter".

It expired in February, but I think Chuck and Thomas are working on an 
update.  We will probably have to vote on it.
