Since it is a pdf, here are my suggested changes, but NOT including extension or dissolve date.  I presume that needs to be negotiated.

Title Page:

Change approval dates accordingly.

Version 1.1  or 2.0 ?  Your call.

SISO-TOR-nnn-yyyy serial number to whatever gets approved, unless it is a permanent number that gets retained.

Update copyright year top and footer, (all footers following).

Add a revision line.

Add an in-between section for "Staff", add me as Secretary.  For Organization column MAL (similar to what American Legion uses as "Member at Large"), since I paid up into SISO.

Move Curt Blais to same Staff section as Technical Activity Director.

Change the additional members to those participating last few months.  (I don't know if Poynter or Maldonado are coming back).

Add an item 12 to include the Group Secretary to coordinate Administrative Tasks 4, 5, 7 & 8.  Sometimes 6.  The group Secretary shall be approved by group members on a yearly vote or upon Secretary's departure.
