Hello all - 

I built out our survey questions.  But, before setting it up in Survey Monkey, I wanted to try Google Forms.

The reasons?
1. No charge to use, always free. Survey Monkey will charge us.
2. Unlimited responses. And the data is already in a format to make it easy to use in a lot of analytical tools.
